CL Holding S.r.l. (from now on "CL Holding" or "Company") is a limited liability company established on November 11th 2019 with headquarters in Milan, Via San Tomaso 5. The company operates in the field of purchase, sale and non-financial leasing of real estate as well as the purchase and management of mortgage loans.

 

The Code of Ethics as outlined in the documents below has been drawn up with the purpose of explaining the values ​​of the Company to all who come into contact with CLH srl SB, with the express objective of guaranteeing the most precise understanding and sharing as well as the widest dissemination. CL Holding undertakes to promote knowledge of this Code of Ethics as a fundamental safeguard of the corporate culture and undertakes to supervise it, providing adequate tools and procedures for information, prevention and control.
